CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (ITALIAN, ENGLISH)

We are looking for a customer support specialist with Italian and English language skills who will join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. We offer a unique chance to grow in an international team and enjoy the benefits of working in a global company.

What to do:

- Answer to incoming requests from customers via live chat and email;
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.

Experience & Skills:

- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Excellent PC skills;
- Keep attention to detail;
- Intermediate+ level of Italian and English.
