Country manager

Higher education (management, agriculture or economics);
At least 2-3 years of managerial experience in the Agriculture & Agro-industry;
Driver's license;
Good knowledge of English and Russian orally and in writing;
Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
Communicability;
Fast orientation;
Willingness to work and achieve good results.

Team formation, direct management and organization of employees activities;
Creating and executing a plan for machinery, rental and spare parts sales;
Preparation and conclusion of contracts;
Communication with potential and existing partners;
Customer visits throughout Estonia.
