About the job
We are looking for a customer-oriented and systematic Customer Support Specialist to join the Stebby team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and helping them get the most out of the Stebby platform.
Location: Tallinn or Tartu
What you will do
- Supporting and advising our customers (individual users, employers and service providers) via email and chat.
- Resolving customer requests in a quick, friendly and professional manner.
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with other teams (e.g. Product and Sales) to help make our platform better for everyone.
- Looking beyond individual cases to spot recurring topics, flag platform issues, and share insights that help improve our processes.
- Explaining technical features and topics in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Solving issues on first contact wherever possible and keeping back-and-forth to a minimum.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in customer service or support.
- Excellent written and verbal Estonian and English skills. Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with clear, structured and friendly writing style.
- A naturally helpful attitude – you enjoy solving problems while remaining calm and professional even in difficult situations.
- A team-player who enjoys learning and growing together with others.
- Sense of ownership and readiness to work independently in a hybrid team setting.
- Previous experience working with customer support software and help desk tools.
