• You are a currently studying at a Vocational School or University

• You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (40 hr per week Mon-Fri) for the standard period of 01.02.2027-31.05.2027

• You must have reached the age of 18 by 1 February 2027

• You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.05.2027

As a Quality Inspector Trainee, you will inspect products and assemblies and verify that they meet drawings, work instructions and defined quality criteria. You’ll work with Quality, Production and other relevant teams to record findings, identify defects and support investigations of deviations. You’ll develop practical skills in inspection, defect detection, documentation and production quality in an international manufacturing environment.

• Perform visual and quality inspections of products and assemblies

• Verify product compliance against drawings, work instructions and defined quality criteria

• Identify and document defects and deviations accurately

• Support the handling and investigation of quality deviations

• Record inspection results in applicable systems and documentation

• Follow defined quality, safety and production procedures

• Cooperate with Quality, Production and other relevant functions

• Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized inspection workplace

• Students pursuing technical or quality related studies, or with an interest in electronics, manufacturing or production quality

• Careful and accurate, able to follow technical instructions and understand English work instructions and technical documentation

• Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly

• Some proficiency in English, both verbal and written
