Supply Chain Intern

Advanced Robotics OÜ

Who we are

We are a technology company where we code and build machines. Our international team works across several countries, combining software, hardware, and operations to turn ambitious ideas into working systems.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern based in Estonia who is ready to get involved, solve practical problems, and learn how sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations work in an international technology company.

This is not an internship where you will only observe. You will support real purchasing and supply chain activities, work directly in our ERP system, and help ensure that our R&D team has the components it needs to keep building.

If you enjoy keeping things organised, finding answers independently, and learning how technology moves from an idea to a physical machine, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Purchase components requested by the R&D team through the Odoo Helpdesk.
  • Create and manage purchase orders in Odoo.
  • Add new products to the ERP system and maintain details such as pricing, suppliers, and units of measure.
  • Enter bills of materials (BOMs) for prototype components.
  • Record purchase orders retroactively when invoices have already been received.
  • Assign incoming goods to the correct project location in the ERP system.
  • Ensure every order is linked to the right project.
  • Work with our ERP technician to help modernise Estonia’s supply chain processes.
  • Support straightforward customs-related questions and learn how international purchasing works in practice.

Who you are

  • A final-year student or recent graduate in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Comfortable thinking independently and finding practical solutions.
  • Resourceful—for example, if a component is unavailable, you can identify an alternative supplier offering the required specifications.
  • Ready to handle additional supplier requirements, such as forms or supporting information.
  • Willing to work through simpler customs questions independently or learn quickly when something is new.
  • Confident asking questions when needed while also knowing how to find information yourself.
  • Able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English, our everyday working language.
  • Precise, organised, and able to manage your own work.
  • Experience with an ERP system such as Odoo is an advantage, but it is not required.

How the work is set up
This is a remote internship based in Estonia. You will collaborate with the team through Odoo, Slack, and email, so you should be comfortable communicating proactively and managing your work independently.

Why us

  • See first-hand how supply chain operations work in an international technology company.
  • Learn an ERP-based purchasing process from request to delivery.
  • Gain practical experience supporting real R&D and prototype development.
  • Work flexibly and take ownership of meaningful tasks.
  • Join a supportive team that will help you learn and grow.
  • Build experience at the intersection of technology, operations, and supply chain.

Ark Robotics is a European technology company that aims to reduce human exposure on the battlefield by building infrastructure for mass robotics. Deployed across more than 20 military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the company's technology is continuously improved through operational feedback to support NATO and allied readiness. Born from frontline necessity in Ukraine and now scaling across the European Union, Ark is building this capability at continental scale.
Ark Robotics was founded in 2024 from a frontline necessity revealed in Ukraine. Our founding team began building experimental robots in their spare time. When the first robots reached the battlefield, it became clear very quickly: the core bottleneck of modern warfare was not the number of robots. It was the number of humans required to operate them.Traditional defence still relies heavily on human-linear operations: one operator/one robot. When robotic deployments increase, the number of operators increases too, while operators remain exposed near the frontline. In the meantime one operator could coordinate multiple autonomous robots remotely.
Today, Ark develops robots and autonomy infrastructure that enables robotic fleets to operate together at scale while reducing human exposure.Ark’s vision goes beyond defense. We believe technology should serve human freedom. One day robots will operate at scale across every sector of the economy — allowing humans to imagine, create, and innovate.
What we protectArk’s technology exists to ensure that what humanity creates can endure.Europe is the accumulation of what humanity has created, protected, rebuilt, and restored across centuries of war, collapse, and renewal.Today, Europe faces a new challenge. For the first time in history, robotics allows societies to protect people while reducing human exposure to danger. Robotics and autonomy change how resilience and security are built at scale.Ark protects the past so it endures, the present so it can function, and the future so it can be created.
The meaning behind ‘Ark’The name Ark comes from the ancient story of the Ark — a vessel built to preserve life during a great flood. For us, the Ark is a symbol of protection in extreme times.Today, the threat is different, and so is the Ark. Our Ark takes the form of technology designed to protect the people of Earth and strengthen resilience in extreme times.
You resonate with our no-bullshit, high-accountability culture. You’re a builder who thrives in ambiguity, believes in mission-first decisions, and prefers progress over perfection. You want your work to matter—to our team, our product, and the broader context we operate in.
