About Bolt
Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.
From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.
And we're just getting started.
Why join Bolt?
- Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
- Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
- Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
- Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.
About the role
Are you curious about how great companies find and hire their people? We're a Talent Acquisition team that moves fast, uses AI to work smarter, and hires across 50+ markets — and we're looking for interns who want to learn the craft from the inside.
This is a full-time, paid 6-month internship starting in November 2026. By the end of it, you'll know how to recruit. You'll learn by doing - working alongside experienced recruiters across sourcing, candidate coordination, interviewing, stakeholder management, pipeline hygiene, and employer branding, with structured learning built in. No prior experience required; that's the point.
Please note: We're not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role, so make sure you're set to be in Estonia before you apply.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your own learning — ask questions, seek feedback, and proactively look for ways to contribute beyond your assigned tasks.
- Source and identify strong candidates for open roles, keeping pipelines full and moving.
- Coordinate candidates across active pipelines — scheduling, communications, and driving progress without needing to be chased.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and share structured feedback with the hiring team.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and keep them informed.
- Maintain pipeline and ATS hygiene so the team always has a clear picture of where things stand.
- Contribute to employer branding activities — content, events, and candidate-facing materials.
- Use AI tools to increase your throughput on repetitive tasks, and flag where they shouldn't be used.
About you:
- You're a current student, recent graduate, or career switcher — no specific degree or prior recruitment experience required.
- You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation. Strong written and spoken English is required.
- You're organised and self-directed — you build your own structure rather than waiting to be given one.
- You use AI tools regularly for real work, not novelty, and you know that the output needs editing.
- You're genuinely curious about people — what their jobs involve and why they make the choices they do.
- You're comfortable with rejection — giving it, receiving it, and not taking either personally.
Why you’ll love it here
- Work on real pipelines from day one — not busywork.
- Play a direct role in how Bolt finds the people who build its products.
- Get mentorship from experienced TA professionals who want you to grow.
- Accelerate your skills with structured learning.
- Receive a competitive internship salary.
- Connect with colleagues at team events throughout your internship.
Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there's a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You're still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying!
Everyone is welcome
Bolt is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where all qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to race, colour, nationality, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are happy to make reasonable accommodations throughout our hiring process. If you require any adjustments, please let us know.
