Paywerk AS is an Estonian Fintech company, acquired by Swedbank AB in July 2024. Paywerk is currently undergoing a transformation from Buy Now Pay Later service provider to become an e-commerce competence centre for Swedbank’s Baltic operations. In addition to its strong tech-driven approach, Paywerk is a licensed payment institution regulated by the Estonian FSA.

In Paywerk you have the opportunity to:

• Support partners with integrations and technical questions, and guide them through a smooth onboarding.

• Work with partners and internal teams to help them integrate with bank systems, and act as a link for sales teams by helping them understand the product and sell it more effectively.

• Investigate integration and onboarding issues, find the root cause, and escalate when a wider team is needed.

• Collaborate with technical and operational colleagues to improve support, onboarding, and documentation.

What is needed in this role:

• Fluent English and Estonian.

• Experience in technical support, integration support, onboarding, or a similar role working with partners.

• Understanding of APIs and web technologies, including HTTP, REST, JSON, and webhooks.

• Experience working with external partners in a B2B environment. Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated environment is an advantage.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical topics in plain language. Experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is an advantage.
