Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the quality of projects overall technical solutions and the technical decisions made.
- You translate sales and customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure their feasibility in cooperation with project managers and other stakeholders.
- You lead and coordinate the technical work of the engineering team (mechanical, automation, electrical) within projects.
- You act as the technical lead for product and development projects and validate critical technical solutions.
- You carry out and review design work and support and mentor engineers, contributing to the development of the team’s overall technical competence.
Requirements
- Willingness to take responsibility for technical decisions and their impact on project budget, schedule, and quality, and the ability to view technical solutions holistically.
- Ability to lead and coordinate technical work and make wellreasoned technical decisions.
- Higher education in engineering or a related technical field, and practical experience in a lead engineer or similar role within projectbased manufacturing.
- Strong cooperation and communication skills with various stakeholders, and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
