Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a responsible and proactive team member who thrives on independence, is eager to learn, and can manage their work without constant supervision. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our technology - ensuring their needs are understood and helping them maximize the value from our platform.

Your Role

Help customers with configurations, system usage, and general questions
Document customer requirements and system functionalities
Test financial products and customer journeys on our platform
Perform business testing of new features and provide feedback to developers
Prepare user guides and keep customers updated about changes
Manage customer requests and ensure smooth communication
Take part in regular customer meetings and support daily interactions

Requirements

Strong self-expression and communication skills
Fluency in English and Estonian, spoken and written
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Confidence in handling formulas and structured data (similar to using Excel)
Work experience in the IT or financial sector is an advantage
