Job description, tasks

Processing of incoming and outgoing bank and e-wallet payments
Assisting clients and internal staff with questions related to payments


Able to speak, read and write in English
Work experience of at least 2 years
Client-focused approach to work
Reliability and responsibility
Able to think quickly and solve problem in real-time
Must be a swift learner, eager and self-motivated
Proficient in use of web-based IT systems and MS Excel
Must be a team player, yet be comfortable to take initiative when necessary

Additional information

All members of the Payments Team must be good investigators and pay attention to detail. The Payments team works closely with our third-party processors to track clients' payments and withdrawals. The team is also involved with internal systems, checks, foreign exchange rate issues, refunds and adjustment situations. The position of the Payments Specialist serves to provide excellent payments processing service mainly to private individuals as well as corporate Clients from different parts of the world.
