As a Process Manager for Quality, You will:
• Design, improve and digitalize processes and process component(s) to maintain flexible process structure with clear process interfaces and accountabilities.
• Assess capability in the E2E processes with model-based assessments and fact-based analysis, monitor process performance through identification and follow-up of process metrics (PI/KPI).
• Reengineer E2E business processes in cooperation with business stakeholders, software development teams, and global process teams.
• Deliver expert support in quality subject matter area, including detailed understanding of system landscape and functionalities (available and new requirements)
• Collaborate in internal SME/process networks, and support business in ensuring right competence within the process area. Identify need of training for new ways of working.
• Support in verification of process adherence to common process & information standards, and resolution of deviations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
• At least 2-3 years of meaningful professional experience with Process Management or Process Development
• Good knowledge of quality management in production environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian and Estonian is a plus)
• Desire to be innovative and the willingness to embrace ambiguity and lead change
• Ability to achieve challenging targets and have a strong personal drive
