As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management principles, and experience in managing complex technology projects.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning and implementation of technology projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage resource allocation, and timelines.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate project progress and adjust the project plan as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1.5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience in managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
