Requirements to candidates
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field
• 3-5 years working experience in similar field in a large international company
• Advanced Excel, Tableau and SQL skills are required
• Knowledge of iScala, Crystal and Power BI is advantage
• Experiences in automation and process standardization
• Good understanding of IT developments and its methods
• Ability to manipulate large data sets with various dimensions and complexity
• Knowledge of IFRS is a advantage
• Attention to details, strong analytical skills and respect of deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Estonian and/or Russian.
Main responsibilities
• Maintain and develop, IT finance applications, including application servers, interfaces,
and databases
• Troubleshoot IT technical issues upon occurrence and provide user support when needed
• Translate technical requirements into non-technical requirements and vice versa
• Document the developed IT processes & systems and provide trainings to user where
needed
• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
• Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the
operations
• Design, implement, optimize and continuously improve ETL/ELT processes, data models,
SAP Business Objects Universes and Tableau data sources
• Responsibility for developing data warehouse system ensuring data integrity and
availability in the warehouse and data cubes.
