Requirements

Experience in full-cycle recruitment, conducting interviews and/or HR work.
Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently and effectively, juggle several projects
Have a proactive approach, high ethical standards and love teamwork
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and Russian

Work responsibilities

Managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and screening for IT and business positions
Creating job descriptions, carrying out selection processes, organizing and conducting interviews
Being the first point of contact providing an amazing candidate experience
Assist the HR manager in daily tasks, work with HR related documentation
Assist employees with day-to-day questions
