As a Product Quality Leader You will:
• Analyze product quality performance
• Coordinate problems solving within project and team
• Provide support for new products in quality related topics
• Create quality documentation
• Drive product quality improvements
• Be main quality interface between design team, Tallinn plant and other Ericsson sites or EMS partners
• Secure product quality target fulfillment
In this role, it is important You have:
• Relevant experience in Quality Engineering, Production or Product/Production Technology
• Strong analytical skills
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering
• Excellent spoken & written English, Estonian, Russian are a plus
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills
• Ability to work in team
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge
• Excellent social and communication skills
