About the role

• Maintain the ranked list of contact drivers for eaters, couriers and merchants with volume, cost and impact, refreshed monthly from the data.
• For each driver, agree a named Product or Operations owner, a fix and a date; track delivery and prove the effect afterwards.
• Run readiness reviews before launches that could increase contacts, including grocery, Bolt Market and merchant portal changes.
• Design the self-service and in-app explanations that prevent the contact, and hand residual cases to the Policy and Economics Leads and the automation program as specifications.
• Report monthly to Delivery leadership on contacts removed and on live-order resolution time.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• You've worked at the seam of product and operations in food or grocery delivery, quick commerce or logistics and have personally reduced a failure or contact rate by changing the product or process.
• You are strong with data: SQL, funnel and cohort analysis, and you can size a problem in euros and customers before proposing a fix.
• You can write a product requirement, run a readiness review and hold a product manager to a date without owning the team.
• You understand the three-sided trade-off and can explain why a fix for eaters must not land on couriers.
• You build credibility with business leaders and engineers, communicate directly and challenge decisions with evidence. You're rigorous about data quality and honest about what the results show.
• You work effectively with few management layers, take ownership of outcomes, move quickly and use resources thoughtfully.
