Nordivis Holdings OÜ is an Estonian company providing research, due diligence and risk management support to international corporate clients. Our work is finding out who is behind a company or a transaction, and whether what we are told is true. We are hiring our first researcher in Estonia and will train the right person from the ground up.

Shortlisted candidates have a short interview and complete a paid practical exercise. We screen candidates for our clients, and we hold our own hires to the same standard. Before an offer, and with your knowledge, we carry out screening proportionate to the role: identity, education and employment verification, references, open-source checks, and a criminal records query. The standard four-month probation period applies. Our candidate privacy notice comes with the acknowledgement of your application.
