Seasonal work in crop cultivation and packaging

We are looking for employees for our seasonal work in plant cultivation and packing. The work is done in close collaboration with other staff in the cultivation group and includes several different work steps within our production.

The tasks consist of, among other things:

harvesting, sorting and packing of cucumbers
care, picking and packing of herbs and lettuce
planting, care and picking of seedlings
order picking and preparation of orders
other tasks within cultivation and packaging

We are looking for someone who has some experience working in crop cultivation, horticulture or similar. Experience in cucumber cultivation or other plant production is an advantage. It is also important that you are interested in learning different work steps and working methods within cultivation.

The work is physically demanding and is sometimes carried out in a hot climate. Therefore, you need to be in good physical condition and be able to work at a high pace. Since we work with live plants, accuracy and caution are important throughout the work process.

As a person, you are positive, responsible and cooperative. You have an easy time prioritizing and can work both independently and together with others. We have been working with LEAN for several years and would like to see you have a positive attitude towards improvement work and efficient working methods.

Knowledge of Swedish and/or English is an asset, as are other languages.
