While the role focuses on the commercial real estate market, prior sector experience is not the decisive factor.

Your responsibility will be to collect data, and structure, maintain and continuously develop Estonian commercial real estate market intelligence across sectors and transactions.

You will learn to:

· Explain what is driving pricing, demand and supply dynamics,

· Assess how current conditions influence occupiers, landlords, investors and developers,

· Compare alternative development and use scenarios, and

· Clearly state what the market evidence means for valuation, leasing and capital markets advice.

· Maintain and continuously improve structured market databases across sectors and transactions

· Produce sector overviews, thematic reports and deal analyses

· Lead feasibility and highest & best use market research assignments

· Support valuation, leasing, capital markets and advisory teams with structured market insight

· Identify relevant market developments that strengthen advisory discussions

· Ensure methodological consistency across the pan-Baltic research platform

· Comfortable searching for data and keeping it well structured and logically organised.

· Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to become more efficient with the help of AI.

· Ability to structure information and present clear, evidence-based conclusions.

· Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the broader market context.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English.

· Professional discipline, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
