- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales, working with business customers using digital channels
- You are fluent in Estonian and feel confident writing and speaking in English
- You have minimum secondary education but diploma in a business or technical field is preferred
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage tasks, priorities, and customer portfolios efficiently
- You will possess strong listening, questioning and probing skills to uncover customer needs and create meaningful value
- Bring solid negotiation skills to the role, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with customers
- Showcase basic financial competence and the ability to analyze and work effectively with data
- You will be comfortable at selling remotely, utilizing channels such as phone, email, and e-shop to reach and engage customers
- You have the will to grow and develop, you are open to change and innovation
- Also, you will have an advantage if you have worked with Salesforce and if you have some technical knowledge or education

- You will develop the sales and profitability of your assigned customer portfolio of the small and medium customer categories in Estonia by making proactive contacts to existing customers to develop and protect existing business and with potential customers to get new businesses
- Attract new customers and close sales opportunities by leveraging marketing and communication tools, as well as through insights into customer purchasing behavior
- You will manage contracts and provide accurate customer and volume details to internal stakeholders
- Also, you will be part of various Linde’s call campaigns by contacting new potential customers by phone (cold calling)
- In addition you will perform regular contract negotiations with existing customers
- You will develop and drive sales through agent network
- Plan and implement strategies for managing your customer portfolio to enhance retention and the overall customer experience and build and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively working to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- You will ensure customer data is updated and maintained in Salesforce and other relevant systems
- Strengthen your knowledge of the Linde products, services, and applications (PSO) to meet customer needs effectively while also gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer business structures and key stakeholders to better serve and grow your portfolio
