As a Product Designer at Hub88, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our multiple B2B offerings. You will lead the development of a cohesive design system, ensuring that our web and mobile applications are intuitive, consistent, and scalable. Your work will involve creating foundational design patterns, UI components, and comprehensive documentation to support Hub88s strategic vision.

 

Your daily tasks will be 

• Identify user needs, use cases, and pain points to create intuitive and engaging experiences that align with business goals.
  
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to integrate user feedback into design solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.
  
• Maintain high design standards, advocating for clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile.
  
• Rapidly create sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test design ideas before implementation.
  
• Actively gather and incorporate feedback from peers, cross-functional partners, and users to refine designs.
  
• Quickly create sketches, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design solutions.
  
• Utilize the strengths and expertise of your team to enhance the product experience.
  
• Present strong, informed design perspectives in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
  
• Act as a bridge between design, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment and feasibility of design implementations.
  
• Conduct usability testing and research to validate design decisions, iterating based on real user feedback.
  
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate designs into reality swiftly.
  

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience owning the end-to-end product design process, with a focus on UI/UX.
  
• Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in Figma, utilizing its advanced functionalities to create efficient and effective designs.
  
• A portfolio demonstrating a passion for creating simple, intuitive, and beautiful product experiences.
  
• Pride in both the strategic thinking behind your work and the meticulous alignment of pixels.
  
• Capable of effectively communicating design decisions and rationale to a wide range of stakeholders, fostering a collaborative design process.
  
• Proficient in using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  
• Stay current with the latest design tools and methodologies.
  
• Able to thrive in a low-ego, highly collaborative environment.
  
• Clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable in various mediums.
  
• Understand the nuanced differences in designing across different platforms.
  
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for design, capable of taking initiative and driving projects to successful completion, even in challenging circumstances.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  
• Previous experience in B2B platforms, fintech, or iGaming is a plus.
