Are you a proactive problem-solver with an interest for payroll and HR? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Payroll and HR Specialist to join our HR team in Tallinn. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Main responsibilities:

Preparing payroll data in Estonia and Germany
Updating and maintaining payroll related systems and databases
Processing new joiners, leavers and contract changes
Coordinating employee benefits
Supporting with Employee On- and Offboarding
Participating in other HR projects

Requirements

Experience in payroll preparation
Ideally experience with HR
Attention to detail
A strong emphasis on accuracy and quality of work
Highly organized and pro-active approach to problem solving
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Fluent in English and Estonian
