Technical Manager

We will entrust you:
- Developing and implementing vision and action plans for management of maintenance activities including budgeting, organizing tenders, signing contracts, supervising contract fulfillment, and monitoring databases;
- Ensuring the good condition of existing buildings by organizing and supervising maintenance and repair activities;
- Managing databases by preparing and submitting national and internal reports and declarations, analyzing costs, controlling expenditures, and organizing improvement activities;
- Conducting regular audits, documenting, and supervising properties with the technical team, and collaborating regularly with store managers and other departments within the organization;
- Planning and coordinating teamwork in the Technical Department and among different parties, as well as organizing the prompt resolution of faults;
- Contributing to teamwork including process improvement initiatives;
- And many other exciting tasks related to the role.
We expect from you:
- Higher education in Real Estate/Technical field and at least two years of relevant work experience, along with experience as a team lead;
- Knowledge of technological refrigeration systems, electrical systems, HVAC, BMS, and other technical systems is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Estonian and English at an advanced level, and conversational Russian with the ability to use work-related vocabulary;
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and ability to apply legal regulations necessary for the job;
- Ability to read project documentation;
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and planning skills;
- Good communication, negotiation, and self-expression skills;
- Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, a sense of duty and responsibility, decision-making, and stress tolerance;
- Initiative and ability to participate in the development and implementation of new solutions;
- B category driver's license.
