Polhem is looking for an ambitious person to pick up the role of Account Manager for our office in Estonia. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for communication with clients, influencer marketing projects, press release send-outs, PR send-outs, and event management. You will be a point of contact for media and influencers.

The occupation begins preferably at the beginning of August 2024.

• Communicating with clients and fulfilling their requests;

• Coordinating with influencers to ensure they adhere to guidelines;

• Managing the Polhem showroom;

• Overseeing PR send-outs;

• Organizing press and influencer events;

• Writing and distributing press releases;

• Monitoring media coverage;

• Managing customer relationships;

• Preparing sales proposals and pricing offers;

• Analyzing campaign results and compiling reports.

• Have 3-5 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Communications;

• Have excellent writing skills in Estonian and are ready to write press releases on a regular basis;

• Have excellent communication skills in English;

• Have experience in organising press and influencer events;

• Are able to juggle many tasks at once and are resourceful even in difficult situations;

• Have a creative mindset;

• Are a strong team player with a positive, energetic, and proactive approach to work;

• Have a deep understanding of the Estonian media landscape and influencer market.

• You are ready to work independently and you have a hands-on approach.
