About this opportunity
Welcome to the Payments & Cash Management Product Management leadership team within Transaction Banking. We add value by leading the development of Payments & Cash Management products and solutions to our customers. As Management Support Officer, youll play a valuable role in supporting the management team with administrative tasks, structure and independent projects.
What youll be doing:
- Drive administrative support for the head of Payments & Cash Management Product Management and work tasks. This encounter: Calendar management, Buy&Pay invoice handling, PowerPoint presentations, travel arrangement, meeting- and event planning.
- Drive, structure and own management meetings.
- Collect information with accuracy to be used as basis for research and analysis.
- Maintain high degree of quality in deliveries by acting as a sparring partner in areas of expertise to leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Represent the unit with a service minded and professional attitude to uphold a strong reputation among both external and internal contacts and build internal and external networks.
Youll join an inspiring management team with extensive expertise knowledge in their specific payment areas. The role is based in Tallin, Estonia.

Your experience and background:
- Previous experience with direct management support or similar personal assistant background
- English both spoken and written (Professional level)
- Microsoft Office Package (Professional level)
