The Job in a Nutshell

Become the driving force behind seamless Sportsbook operations as a Sportsbook Duty Specialist! This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll deliver exceptional service across all duty shifts. You'll be responsible for managing match results, collaborating with our Customer Support team, and ensuring the smooth running of the Sportsbook product. You'll be a part of a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to odds compiling, risk management, product development, and creating an unbeatable customer experience. As a global company, we have team members in Tallinn, Poland, Scandinavia, and across North and South America.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

Managing manual match results (including ongoing Livebet), running Livebet matches, adds odds/markets. Ensuring live odds are up-to-date, informing relevant personnel of technical issues.
Adjusting event start times for delayed kick-offs and adding streams.
Monitoring provider and B2B communication/emails, taking action, and forwarding info.
Providing high-quality, case-specific Sportsbook support to the Customer Support department.
Owning the Sportsbook product/providers/tools, informing the Development team or providers of customer issues, and relaying feedback. Analyzing customer feedback for improvements.
Proposing ideas to automate match updates, improve the Live Betting experience, expand streaming options etc. Generating ideas on how to make Sportsbook product more competitive.

You're good at

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as accuracy is crucial in managing match results, odds, and data.
Having an understanding of various sports and betting markets is a plus. The ability to follow major sporting events and understand betting trends would be highly beneficial.
A comfort level with technical systems and the ability to follow guidelines for running Livebet matches and adding odds/markets is valuable.
The ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with the Sportsbook product, providers, or customer requests is essential.
Making independent decisions based on your understanding of the product and guidelines, particularly in Live Betting situations.
With a schedule that includes nights, weekends (30% nights, and 2-3 weekends per month), and managing multiple tasks, strong time management skills are crucial for staying organized.
Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to handle periods of increased workload. Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy.
Being a team player with a passion and knowledge of sports betting.
Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
