In this role you will be responsible for:

• Book tours (booking, rebooking and confirmation of applications, additional services);

• Promptly solve problem situations;

• Calculate individual requests;

• Interact with the receiving parties;

• Advise tourists on the hotel base, additional services, work rules and help in navigating the site.

Professional experience and skills:

• Higher education in a related field;

• Sociable and stress resistant personality type;

• Excellent presentation and sales skills;

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (experience in tourism company will be considered as an advantage);

• Proficient or native Estonian, good working English skills (Russian will be considered as an advantage).
