SMA operator job overview:

Board Assembly Production team is looking for new SMA Operators who are responsible for line preparation of work, preparation line setup for change over, Boards Test and Router. SMA operators are responsible for maintaining smooth operation of our production lines. Our production lines are long and therefore require operators to constantly be able to walk around between the machinery to secure uninterrupted production.

The nature of the operator role requires lots of waking on the line and therefore physical strength to feel comfortable with constant walking requirement. Since the production process is complex, involves many phases and high volume of components we are looking for people with good attention to detail and ability to follow precise process descriptions. Our production is non-stop 24/7 operation which is split into 12 hours day and night shifts which all operators are required to attend based on the working roster described below.

What you will do:

Line production preparation and verification
Component replenishment for line during production
Line operational support according to processes
Operating on different SMA equipment
Production quality tracking and improvement

What we expect from you:

Basic education

English languages skills at least A2 level

Computer knowledge

Willingness to learn

Teamwork skills

Previous work experience in Manufacturing Production

Cooperative and collaborative approach

Pre-requisitions for applying:

Readiness to work based on the roster of 2 days/2 nights/4 off.
Readiness to work in 12hour shifts (inc. 2 x 30min unpaid breaks). Day shift time 7.30-19.30 and night shift 19.30-7.30.
Readiness to pass pre-employment Health check and screening.
Readiness to start work immediately or within 4 weeks.
