Requirements for candidates

Successfully completed studies in economics or business administration
Experienced SSC Manager with a proven track record in managing by KPIs and providing cost-efficient high quality services
Experience with transformation processes in an international context
Ambition to operational excellence to scale the organization
Enthusiasm for the digitalisation and automation of processes - Knowledge of and experience with modern tools and methods
Innovative thinker with the drive to push topics forward
Know-how in operational financial processes
Fluent English is a must, Lithuanian and/or other languages are desirable

Job description

Exciting challenge in a dynamic growth market - We are looking for an experienced person with leadership skills who will be instrumental in developing and implementing processes & standards

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Responsibility for overall site governance (>200 employees), strategy implementation, growth, and operations
Ensuring that high quality standards are met
Working in accordance with benchmarks and targets
Increasing maturity of the organisation, to be ready to scale
Identifying SSC best practices and implementation within the Lithuanian SSC
Implementation of an operational excellence strategy (process standardization and harmonization, KPI tracking, etc.)
Realisation of customer business cases via continuous improvement efforts and smart operations
Support the transition of the shared services from the countries/departments/functions to the SSC
Building a strong collaborative culture, ensuring cohesion and unity for all employees with variety of reporting lines
