We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead different cybersecurity related projects. Our cybersecurity department aims to secure organisations from threats in cyberspace.

Your main responsibilities will be to

Project-based sales and development work, preparing offers
Project deliveries according to the schedule and budget
Writing reports and keeping the project documentation up-to-date
Communication with internal and external partners
Participating in negotiations with the customers, managing customers expectations
Leading and supporting the project teams, organising their work

As a successful candidate you must have

At least 3 years experience with leading teams and IT projects
Experience with project management tools & methodologies
Very good command of English and good command of Estonian
Caring and empathetic attitude toward the team & clients/partners
Good communication skills

You will stand out by having any of the following:

Higher education in information technology or cybersecurity
Interest in cybersecurity
Experience with European Defence Fund or other international projects
