Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience in operational risk management or a similar role.
Knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Work responsibilities

Risk Identification: Identify and evaluate operational risks across various business units and processes within the organization.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to determine the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks, using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including the design and implementation of control frameworks.
Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational risk policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Incident Management: Manage and coordinate the reporting and investigation of operational incidents and breaches, ensuring timely resolution.
Risk Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational risk to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to operational risk management.
