Cybernetica is a research and development intensive ICT company that develops and sells mission-critical software systems and products, maritime surveillance and radio communications solutions. Cybernetica has been an active counterpart in developing critical e-Government systems, such as the Estonian X-Road, i-Voting, e-Customs and others. Today Cybernetica delivers its systems to across 35 countries in the world.

We are looking for a Data Architect who would be a strategic partner in a new international project: Cyber and Information warfare toolbox/EUCINF

Your main responsibilities will be to

Collaborate with architects from consortium countries to find the most suitable data solution
Develop data collection and processing solutions in the given timeframe
Collaborate with other members of the project, lead the workflow
Install and configure information systems to ensure functionality
Analyse requirements for new software and applications
Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts
Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements
Define security and backup procedures

As a successful candidate, you must have

Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role
Understanding of software development process
Experience gathering and analysing system requirements
Experience building data infrastructure
Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
Knowledge of the newest data science and machine learning frameworks
Problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills
Excellent command of English language

You will stand out by having any of the following:

Knowledge about information warfare
Proficiency in IT systems architecture design
Experience in building large scale commercial software
Expertise in SQL and Oracle/Kubernetes, Docker
