About this opportunity

Our Supply Site Tallinn Program Office is looking for a Manager of Configuration and Product Substitution. Join the Ericsson Tallinn Program Office team as we are gearing up for the future!

You will be managing a team who drives product changes and substitution both at Tallinn factory and on a global level. As the leader of people, you will have a key part to play in role modeling and encouraging your team to live the Ericsson Values of Professionalism, Perseverance, Respect, and Integrity.

What you will do

Lead the team of Configuration and Product Substitution in Program Office of Supply Site Tallinn
As for Product Substitution Management you lead team who drives product changes and substitution both in Tallinn factory and on a global level
Lead Configuration Management to support Project Documentation for Program Office projects
Secure team competence development according to business requirements on an operational level
You will be a part of Program Office Leadership Team with direct reports and a Team Manager reporting to you
Be an inspiration for your team members, set goals and objective and helping to fulfill them
Constantly aim for efficiency and positive change
Establish relevant interfaces needed for business execution
Drive continuous improvements within organization

You will bring

Higher education in Economics, Supply Chain Management or Technology
3+ years of relevant work experience
Good business and financial understanding
Strong managerial and leadership skills
Product life cycle management knowledge
You know the purpose of product documentation
Accurate, diligent and eye for details
Fluent English, speaking, reading and writing
Good-communication and presentations-skills
High degree of flexibility and eagerness to take on challenges with a can-do attitude
