Your daily tasks will be

• Maintaining accurate and organized records of financial transactions;
• Analyzing financial data to provide insights into the financial health of a business and to identify areas for improvement;
• Preparing payments and reconciling bank accounts by gathering and balancing information;
• Assisting the Head of Finance by preparing periodic and ad hoc financial reports;
• Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
• Preparing financial statements and supporting documents for audit and working with auditors to ensure that the audit process runs smoothly;
• Preparing regular financial reports that summarize a business's financial performance and position.

What we expect from you

• A degree in finance or equivalent level qualification;
  
• 3+ years of experience working as an Accountant;
  
• Knowledge of accounting legislation and principles;
  
• Excellent written and verbal English and Estonian;
  
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and correctness;
  
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  
• Initiative and great decision-making skills.
