SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST

What´s the role?

You will be joining a team of highly motivated people in a tech savvy world taking care of customers across the globe. You need to design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity both for our in-house users and for our external end users.


In order to get things done, you are expected to work closely with different stakeholders, end users and development team members. You will fit our startup-like setting if you are passionate, love to plan and oversee projects, keep abreast of technology trends and developments in a fast-changing environment. Your team members will welcome you in our Tartu office.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT System Analyst, Product Owner or similar role
  • Knowledge of web applications and database systems
  • High level of technical expertise
  • Good understanding of current business practices
  • Analytical and solution-focused mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactivity and willingness to get things done
  • Ability to perform both in the team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written English
  • Bachelor’s degree

Always a plus:

  • Passion about improving the way freelancers run their businesses
  • Knowledge of Estonian business environment / legislation
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • A great sense of humour
