Job description
Key data such as countries, currencies and organizational structures is a backbone of Kuehne + Nagel’s everyday business. In order to supply our business units with high-quality and up-to- data, the Enterprise Master Data Management team within the Kuehne + Nagel corporate IT provides and operates different services and IT systems. The data management platform MDM/PDM (Master and Person Data Maintenance) is connected to the majority of Kuehne + Nagel’s application across the world.

As a Maintenance Specialist your main tasks will be the following:

  • Optimization of monitoring, housekeeping and support processes
  • Small new developments on the platform
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Different general maintenance and support tasks on the EMDM systems

You are a suitable candidate if you have:

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Desire to help. You will work with many different people and solve their issues with the platform.
  • Experience with databases, programming in SQL is a bonus
  • Some programming language knowledge, preferably Java
  • Experience working in an Agile team
