AGILE COACH (REGIONAL TEAM EMEA)

This position is opened in the organization called ISC EMEA. We are more than 120 people who deliver solutions to our business across all 69 countries of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

The agile coach serves a vital role in our team. We need you to take care about our processes. As an agile coach, you will focus on process but not project management, and thus you will face natural resistance from all other involved parties, both from business and technical sides. We expect you to take this challenge, handle it knowledgeably and create and maintain the effective environment as a final result of your work. 

Job Description:

  • Support and mentor the teams in their long-term development to establish highly functioning self-organizing structures
  • Keep the efficient processes despite both stakeholders‘ and teams pressure
  • Help to resolve any impediments keeping the teams from performing, using informal and formal channels of communication
  • Keep constant focus on strategic team development

Skills and Experience:

  • Evidences of successful performance of the role
  • Deep understanding of software development processes
  • Ability to solve complex interpersonal challenges
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
