Our global SIM cards (1oT SIM) and self-service based connectivity platform (1oT Terminal) are being used by more than 300,000 smart devices all over the world.

In addition to our core service line, we are also licensing our revolutionary SIM management platform to Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). 1oT is headquartered in Estonia, with a branch in Tallinn and R&D centre in Tartu.


We are looking for a great people’s person with an attentive eye to support our scaling team. You’ll be helping us with many things, so most probably in two months time we just couldn’t imagine how we survived without you. Our two offices and ambitious team members are welcoming you to help us revolutionise the IoT sector.

Your day-to-day:

  • Being our work environment & culture advocate: organising team events, important celebrations, helping with internal communication and making sure our people have the best tools and supportive environment to thrive.
  • Helping our team members with travel arrangements and booking accommodation.
  • Staying on top of the day-to-day administrative tasks: Tartu & Tallinn office arrangements and ordering inventory, dealing with various documents, supporting our sales team with SIM card shipments and hosting partners/clients visiting our office.
  • The position is based in Tallinn, but you would need to be ready to work also from Tartu one-two days per week.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong plus
