Nikki Beach Resort & Spa and Beach Club in Montenegro is looking for a Marketing Manager with a passion for marketing and creativity, a whatever it takes mentality, and a drive to be extraordinary!

Your tasks will cover the following:
● Supporting global team and local team in implementing marketing strategy for the property
● Following the marketing budget and making sure the budget is monitored on a regular basis in coordination with the General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager.
● Working with Food & Beverage, FO, Sales, Spa and other departments to plan promotional campaigns for resort & spa (special offers, packages, etc.), beach experience, restaurant and third-party services ensuring information is distributed in a timely and detailed manner to all concerned
● Marketing Collateral Creation and Graphic Design: Research ideas for new marketing collateral that can support the promotion of the location marketing strategy and vision, including vendors for collateral production. Implement correct copyright and graphic design process
● The Experience: Creating and recognizing special moments and celebrations for our guests. Research ideas and help create personalised gifts and touches for customer recognition. Together with the General Manager create amenities and special touches in the customer journey
● Coordinate and improve the customer journey (pre, during and post visit, both offline and online.) This task requires close collaboration with the operations team
● Ensure all areas are up to standard, all decor touches are in place, etc. Support with sourcing vendors/decor items, specifically local vendors in your region
● Working with the Global Team on a PR strategy to ensure the relevance, amount and type of coverage required to raise awareness, win reviews and ensure consistent corporate and product branding and image.
● Management of digital media including search, display and updates ( website, third party exposure, etc.)
● Management of digital media including search, display and updates ( Nikki Beach website, third party exposure, third party agency), tracking results of digital campaigns'
● Creation of a yearly calendar using our marketing tool for campaign/newsletters (creating different segment, different campaigns), designing the campaigns and monitoring the results
● Leverage our loyalty program with marketing visibility and promotions working closely with the sales and corporate team
● Responsible for content creation for both Hotel & Beach Club: organising and planning photo shoots/video shoots, managing day to day local social media stories, while always making sure the brand image is respected.
● Establish relationships with the local community and relevant guests (VIPs, influencers, journalists). Attend local/national events when opportunities occur.
An ideal candidate will have the following personality traits, skills and experiences:
● Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
● Understands luxury branding and importance of customer service and personal contact with clients.
● Prior experience with digital marketing, social media management, working in the luxury lifestyle sector and/or hospitality would be desired from the candidate.
● Is fluent in English any additional language is a plus, specifically Russian!
● Is creative, courageous, adventurous and spots opportunities to shake things up.
● Has excellent organisational and time management skills; is ambitious and hardworking.
● Is people oriented and not afraid of trying new ways of doing things or other people’s (sometimes crazy) ideas. Here, we cherish and celebrate diversity, so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are.
● Is respectful and humble. Whether you’re talking to our CMO (this can happen!) or a hostess, you treat everyone the same.
● Can think critically and has strong decision-making abilities.
