​As a SAP Superuser, you will:

• Be first line support for SAP and other IT environment in logistics departments
• Troubleshoot and handle variations from the normal process flow
• Support process owners in solving systematic problems and reaching efficiency in system usage
• Actively support organization with implementation of new systems
• Provide trainings for end users within own area of competence
• Actively participate in local process improvement work

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Higher education that contributes to the achievement of professional goals
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC (ERP core component)
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management, logistics & production processes
• Detail-oriented, logical and analytical thinking
• Problem solving skills
• Great communication skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbally, knowledge of Estonian and Russian is a plus
