The Group’s Finance Shared Service Center, located in Tallinn, Ostrava and Ostroleka, is looking for

Summer Employee / Trainee for spring / summer period (from April/ May up to August/September), with flexible work time
possibilities.

Depending on the process team:
• Processing Purchase Invoices
• Solving any appearing issues along the way
• Managing any relevant communication with stakeholders
• Booking incoming payments
• Clearing customer ledgers
• Managing miscellaneous invoice workflows
• Performing daily company payment runs
• Performing daily payment related postings and clearings

Should I have any extensive skills? Not really. If you have a decent level of spoken and written
English, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and are enthusiastic about working in a
hard working diverse multi-national team, you have all it takes!

Is it going to be paid traineeship? Yes, enthusiastic work will be properly compensated.

Is this compatible with my school’s internship programme? Yes – if needed, we will make sure that you will have all the internship requirements filled.
