Your influential mission. You..

• Will be working with the Head of Product Engagement to develop and implement a content strategy that supports the company's overall content development and product marketing goals
• Will be leading and engaging a team of three experienced professionals to develop high-quality content, including internal and external product documentation, regulatory documentation, release notes, web articles, guides, product manuals, and more
• Will be working across projects and teams with engineers, analysts, and product managers to understand product features and their benefits and translate them into high-quality, easily understandable, and engaging content
• Will be editing and proofreading content produced by the team to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Will be constantly developing and improving the writing team’s standards, processes, and best practices and help the team develop their collaboration skills and processes needed to support them
• Will be creating content for PlaytechAcademy, including web articles, guides, demos, and videos, and proactively look for ways to maximize the opportunity and communication channels that PlaytechAcademy provides in order to promote and support product features through content creation
• Will be staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporating them into the content development process

• Have experience as a people leader and are comfortable leading and inspiring a team of writers
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, including technical and business-oriented people, and management
• Have excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English
• Have experience communicating technical information in a modern and engaging voice across different types of content
• Have experience producing web articles and marketing-oriented content (microcopy experience is a plus)
• Always choose the proactive path in your work life and can take things forward using fresh ideas and a confident approach
• Have a can-do attitude and are committed to delivering high-quality work

PLATFORM TEAM
Technical Writers team is a part of the platform team, which is the core product in Playtech and has a communication channel with many other products we serve internally and externally. This is a centralized team that has to be involved in the new product development to make sure it's well-documented and handed out in a way that will help our clients succeed.
