What You Will Do:

• Performing routine inspections and quality checks
• Identifying and proposing solutions for workflow and production issues
• Ensuring that testing related standards and regulations are up to date
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
• Making recommendations for improvement
• Creating training materials and operating manuals
• Participate in Luminor key projects as Testing SME to ensure testing is performed according Luminor standards

What We Expect:

• University degree or any other higher educational background in Computer Science or any other related field
• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• ISTQB certification
• In depth knowledge of software testing
• Good understanding with ITIL best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions
• Contributing with a high level of energy and positive attitude
• High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and a commitment to best practices
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
