Summer Internship in Customer Relationship Management

Our paid Summer Internship is a 10 weeks long programme. During this time, you will be immersed in challenging and ambitious day-to-day tasks or projects requiring strong determination. Look bellow and choose the role that you match he most!

Complete your internship in the heart of our business – working with clients. This team provides services to everyday people and small businesses in the Baltics. There you'll get to tackle real-life problems and provide the best solutions for our customers.

You will support our Customer Service Unit colleagues whose main tasks are advising private and business customers of the bank via e-channels (e-mail, Facebook, website Chat and Internet Bank) as well as communicating with new customers via video onboarding. 

You will gain your first working experience in the banking sector and get familiar with excellent customer service standards. Additionally, you will be able to contribute with your experience and opinions, as well as get real life experience on how to proactively listen to the customers' needs and provide respective solutions.

We expect you to have interest in finance with orientation towards customer needs, structured approach to work, willingness to help, ability to listen and find solutions. Fluent Estonian as well as advanced English are required in spoken and written communication. Knowledge of Russian will be considered as advantage.

This is a 100% on-site internship and please apply if you will be able to come to the office or our branches for the entire duration of your internship.
