Cabin Services Coordinator
Xfly is one of the biggest capacity providers in Europe, focused on long-term ACMI contracts with Major European airlines. Xfly operates a fast-growing fleet of modern CRJ900 and ATR72-600 aircraft for long term ACMI operations. To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for a Cabin Services Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage crew meals (orders, updates the supplier, coordinates with OPS)
- Editing Cabin News on regular basis in cooperation with other departments and Internal Communications Specialist
- Manages the cabin crew recruitment process
- Assisting Head of Cabin Services
- Coordinates various Cabin Services projects and tasks
- Coordinates Swedish language lessons for non-Scandinavian based crew
Requirements:
- English language proficiency, both spoken and written, including effective communications skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong planning, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, etc.)
