Business Analyst to Network Team

In Swedbank (IT) and the network tech stream you have the opportunity to:

• Be a part of a highly specialized network team
• Together with the rest of the team working to ensure our services being up 24/7 at the same time doing development to ensure meeting future business demands
• Continue the Infrastructure-as-Code and automation journey
• Support the team in working according to the agile methodology
• Working closely with the Product Owner, manage daily work in the team and at the same drive other initiatives
• The role is open and you’ll have the opportunity to work with many different areas for example; risk, change, incident, problem, contracts, procurement, stakeholder management and continuous improvements.

To succeed in this role you need to be/have:

• A social team player who is not afraid of taking on challenging tasks
• Experience from IT Infrastructure, network is a plus
• Great in handling changing prioritisations
• Agile way of working
• Structured and used to having many activities ongoing at the same time
• A natural problem solver that knows how to break down complex tasks into smaller steps
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
• Excellent in English, written and verbal
