We are looking for an UX/UI Designer to join our team. In your role, you will help the team navigate through design challenges by propelling design excellence and being an advocate for the user. You will help us on our mission to build beautiful, easy-to-use, future-proof services that include strong design principles. Our ideal candidate has a portfolio that shows their passion for design, an ability to create engaging digital experiences, and a strong emphasis on usability. Location is preferably Tartu (HQ), but could be also remote work from the Baltics.
What you will do
- Produce wireframes and graphical assets.
- Work with development and marketing teams.
- Test and assess the existing and upcoming features from UI/UX perspective.
- Be an active participant in discussion during the development phase.
- Help keep Stebby brand up to date.
- Experiment and introduce creative solutions.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience with both web and native application.
- Experience with online wireframe/UI/UX tools (e.g. Figma).
- A desire to own the assignment from beginning to the end while meeting the goals and objectives within assigned time frames.
- Attention to details and ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
