Building Maintenance Technician

Our Property department is growing and we are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to take care of general maintenance and small works in our commercial or residential buildings. 🚀

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues
  
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep plumbing systems functioning properly
  
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with pipes, fixtures, and appliances
  
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and installations
  
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work
  
• Placing orders for materials and supplies
  
  
  

✔️ Your skillset

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English, and Russian is a bonus
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair
  
• Valid plumbing certification or license is a bonus
  
• Strong problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred
  
  

* As a Building Maintenance Technician, you are sometimes required to work after the official working hours, including the weekends. Overtime is always mutually agreed upon and compensated with free time.
