Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is Hurtigruten's Estonian branch of the company, focused on phone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. There are over 200 employees from over 30 different countries working in the Tallinn office. Since our ships will be operating in new destinations, we are looking for more travel and tourism enthusiasts to join our Team.

We are looking for a FULFILMENT SPECIALIST with one year contract.

Your job purpose is to be responsible for performing necessary Fulfilment tasks delegated by the supervisor or senior specialist following created procedures and workflows and delivering based upon those.

Daily tasks:

  • Travel documentation administration - sending invoices, itineraries and other relevant travel documents to all markets via email and post for FIT and Charter customers
  • Brochure fulfilment for all markets
  • Handling ship manifests
  • Back Office tasks related to invoicing
  • Handling Loyalty Inbox
  • Supporting Medical Screening Form process
  • Updating customer profiles where required
  • Service Web bookings (market dependant)
  • Working with Inside Sales teams globally to support Groups admin, Charter and Block space groups
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a business administration role covering aftercare of a sales process
  • College education minimum
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Speaking any of the following languages is a plus: German, Norwegian, Swedish, or French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High level of competency in developing and driving a network for continual improvement
