We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Cybersecurity team. We provide proactive cybersecurity risk assessment services, helping businesses raise alertness about their cybersecurity situation, and providing assistance towards improvement if necessary.

• Sales of cybersecurity services
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to determine customer needs, promote customer understanding of full services offering, and align to provide a solution
• Onboarding customers
• Handling customer inquiries, orders and agreements
• Keeping CRM data accurate and updated
• Participating in bid preparation
• Developing and keeping service documentation up to date
• Market research and support with marketing actions

• BA in Economics (education in IT is a big plus)
• Previous experience in B2B sales and/or account management
• Experience in sales documentation management
• Up-to-date computer skills
• Excellent writing skills (both in Estonian and in English)
• Analytical and systematic thinking
• Ability to work independently, fast adaptability
• Good cooperation and communication skills

• Previous work experience in the ICT industry
• Previous experience in international customer service or bid management
• Tech savvy profile
