We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Cybersecurity team. We provide proactive cybersecurity risk assessment services, helping businesses raise alertness about their cybersecurity situation, and providing assistance towards improvement if necessary.
Your main responsibilities are
- Sales of cybersecurity services
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to determine customer needs, promote customer understanding of full services offering, and align to provide a solution
- Onboarding customers
- Handling customer inquiries, orders and agreements
- Keeping CRM data accurate and updated
- Participating in bid preparation
- Developing and keeping service documentation up to date
- Market research and support with marketing actions
As a successful candidate, you must have
- BA in Economics (education in IT is a big plus)
- Previous experience in B2B sales and/or account management
- Experience in sales documentation management
- Up-to-date computer skills
- Excellent writing skills (both in Estonian and in English)
- Analytical and systematic thinking
- Ability to work independently, fast adaptability
- Good cooperation and communication skills
You will stand out by having any of the following:
- Previous work experience in the ICT industry
- Previous experience in international customer service or bid management
- Tech savvy profile
